The Sundanese Tragedy

Saya curiga saya menderita PMS hari-hari ini. Segalanya jadi aneh. Pada sore saya melihat keluar dan jendela, ngelihatin awan mendung dan hujan, entah kenapa saya pingin nangis keras-keras. Terus udah satu mingguan saya makan ayam Taliwang (extra hot lagi). Terus sore-sore entah kenapa saya pingin jalan-jalan sendiri di sepanjang jalan Asia Afrika. Terus tadi malam mimpi buruk. Jadi dari kondisi-kondisi diatas yang diluar kebiasaan, saya simpulkan mungkin saya menderita PMS. Karena saya jarang nangis, jarang mimpi buruk, dan jalan-jalan sendirian saya lakukan kalo suasana hati saya bener-bener buruk.
Katanya sih definisi PMS itu begini :

Pre-menstrual syndrome is a condition that appears in women at regular intervals in relation to their menstrual periods. It affects over three-quarters of all women during their reproductive years. The cause and even a precise definition of PMS remain unclear. However the main symptoms are well-known and both physical and emotional, with most sufferers complaining of anxiety, irritability, mood swings and tearfulness as well as painful abdominal cramps, and sore or tender breasts. Although in the vast majority of cases women will only be mildly affected, up to 5% of sufferers experience severe PMS symptoms that will require treatment. This severe form of PMS is known as Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder. The symptoms of PMS usually begin around the time of ovulation when an egg is released from the ovaries and cease at the onset of menstruation, when the uterus lining is lost. Although a definitive cause for PMS hasn’t been found yet it is believed that the hormonal changes that women experience during the menstrual cycle are a primary factor.

* Ternyata saya bukan PMS, ternyata saya silindris. Jadi sering sakit kepala. Jadi apa hubungannnya dengan nangis dan mimpi buruk? *masih bingung*
